We sit with the people doing the work, map how it runs today, and agree what the first release has to beat.
SERVICE / 01
Software shaped around how you already work.
Most internal tools lose to the spreadsheet they were meant to replace, because they were designed around a data model instead of a working day. We build the other way round.
01 / The brief
The tool has to be faster than the workaround.
Every team that asks for a platform already has one: a spreadsheet, a shared inbox, someone's head. That system works, which is why replacing it is hard — the new thing has to beat it on the first day, not the third month.
02 / What's included
What's included
The model, the integrations and the technical plan, decided before anything is drawn.
One complete path at a time, usable and reviewable, so you are never waiting on a big reveal.
Your existing data moved across, and the systems either side connected properly.
Training, documentation and an ongoing arrangement you can actually reach a person through.
03 / How it goes
How it goes
- 01Watch first
We sit with the people who will use it before designing anything, and write down where the current process actually hurts.
- 02Model, then draw
The data model comes before the interface. Getting it wrong is the expensive mistake; getting a screen wrong is a morning.
- 03Build in slices
One complete path end to end, usable and reviewable, then the next. Never four half-finished features.
- 04Hand over properly
Documentation, an admin who understands the system, and a support arrangement you can actually reach.
04 / How we build
How we build
Proven framework, relational database, server-rendered where that is simplest. Novelty belongs in the product, not the plumbing.
Types run from the database through the API to the interface, so a rename is a compile error rather than a support ticket.
Money, permissions and anything irreversible get automated coverage. Not everything needs it; those things do.
05 / Seen in practice
AssetLanes
AssetLanes is a planning platform where a spreadsheet used to be — thirteen external data APIs, seven blockchains read directly, and a tax-accurate withdrawal model underneath.
