This is a business website. It shows the work we do and lets you contact us. This page explains exactly what that involves for your data, and nothing more, because nothing more happens.

Who is responsible
Yasiba, a Belgian business established in Flobecq, company number BE 1010.940.235, is the controller for the data described here.
You can reach us at contact@yasiba.be for anything on this page, including any of the rights listed below.
02
The contact form
If you use the form, we receive your name, your email address and your message. They are sent to us by email and are not stored in a database.
We use them for one thing: replying to you and, if it goes further, discussing the work. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering people who write to us.
We keep the correspondence for as long as it is useful to the enquiry, and delete it when it plainly is not. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we will.
The form applies a short per-address rate limit to prevent abuse. That involves a one-way hashed record of the sending address and nothing readable.
03
Analytics and advertising
We would like to use Google Analytics to understand which pages are read, and Google's advertising measurement to see whether our own ads bring anyone here.
Neither loads unless you allow it. The lawful basis is your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time from the link in the footer — withdrawing is exactly as easy as giving it, and takes effect immediately.
If you refuse, the site works identically and we simply do not measure anything.
One detail worth stating plainly: if you allowed advertising and then send us a message, the email address you typed is hashed in your browser and that hash is sent to Google with the conversion, so Google can tell that the ad it showed you led to a real enquiry. The address itself never leaves your browser in readable form, and none of this happens if you refused advertising.

Who else sees your data
We do not sell data, and we do not share it with anyone else.
- Google Ireland Ltd.
- Analytics and advertising measurement, only with your consent. Google may process data outside the EEA under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
- Our hosting and email provider
- Serves the site and carries the messages the contact form sends. Standard server logs, including IP addresses, are kept briefly for security and troubleshooting.
05
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable form. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
Write to contact@yasiba.be and we will respond within one month.
If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels — contact@apd-gba.be.

Changes
If this page changes materially we will update the date at the top. If a change affects what you consented to, we will ask again rather than assume your earlier answer still applies.
